Temporary/Contract-to-Hire:
DFC will staff your full-time while at the same time the candidates are evaluated for long-term employment opportunities. Our candidates will be working on the assignment while being placed on DFC payroll which will provide an opportunity for them to perform at the professional level needed before a hiring decision is granted.
Managed Payroll Services:
When managing your payroll if cost is of a concern, DFC's Clients are able to identify and select the qualified talent, without any additions to your current staff. DFC will place the employee on our payroll and be responsible for all costs associated with the management of this candidate.

Requirements That Require a Clearance
DFC's Cleared Services Solution is ideal for clients who require staffing in areas that required cleared personnel. We have an onsite Facility Security Officers, (Fso) as well as dedicated Recruiters who are familiar with working with the Government.
Our Capabilities include:
- DFC is a DOD Cleared Facility which allows us to initiate the Clearance process on any candidate.
- DFC has the ability to recruit and place any level of cleared candidate on a direct hire opportunity. All candidates' clearance qualifications are fully vetted by the FSOs prior to submittal, ensuring that no time is lost or spent considering candidates who are out of scope or whose investigations are out of date.
